When it came to decorating their Hidden Hills mansions, which they recently shared with Architectural Digest, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner took decidedly different tacks.
“I told Martyn that color was essential,” Kylie, 21, tells the magazine in their March 2019 issue. “I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!”

Martyn Lawrence-Bullard worked with the star to create a youthful yet luxe space that includes neon light installations, cheeky art and of course, a decked out glam room, complete with Barbie prints, pink swivel chairs and a display of some of Jenner’s multi-hued wig collection.
“My closets and glam room are very personal to me, even down to the size of each drawer, so they fit my specific products and clothes,” Kylie said. “I spend a lot of time in those rooms, so we had to make sure they were perfect.”
And of course, the home is kid friendly, especially now that 1-year-old Stormi (Jenner’s daughter with Travis Scott, 26) is entering the toddler phase.
Admits Kylie: “Stormi has definitely taken over the house with her toys!”
Kylie has been steadily building an impressive real estate portfolio in the area over the last several years. Her most recent purchase was a $13.5 million home in Beverly Hills, the cost of which she reportedly split with Scott.
Kris, on the other hand, sought a dream home, designed by Waldo Fernandez and Kathleen and Tommy Clements, with a specific feeling in mind.
“I wanted my home to feel like a sanctuary, perfectly calm and peaceful,” Kris told AD of the property she purchased for a reported $9.9 in December 2017.
Natural elements like wood and stone, as well as cushy fabrics in neutral tones abound, and a jaw-dropping closet (complete with a wall of coveted Hermes Birkin bags) provides an ideal setting for Kris’ enviable fashion collections.

And the 63-year-old mother of six couldn’t be happier with the result.
“Every single space gives me pleasure,” she says. “Every time you turn a corner you find something beautiful, something delicious.”
