The Kardashian-Jenner family is known for giving each other some of the most over-the-top presents, from the time Kourtney Kardashian gave Chicago West a Mini Neon Mercedes G-Wagon for her 1st birthday to their annual massive pile of Christmas presents piled up under the tree. But according to family matriarch Kris Jenner, while all her girls are “great gift givers,” one daughter may top the rest.
“Kylie gives the most extravagant gifts,” Kris, 63, tells PEOPLE exclusively, of her youngest daughter who famously bought her a red Ferrari for her 63rd birthday in October. Though she adds, “Khloé gives the most heartfelt gifts.”
Kris has passed down her love of gift giving to her family, who she says give each other special items even when it isn’t someone’s birthday or a holiday.

“Sometimes you see something that makes you think of someone and the best gifts are often those heartfelt, random gifts that let someone know you’re thinking of them,” Kris tells us.
In particular, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has made it a tradition to give each daughter a “sentimental gift” the day their child is born.

✩“This past year, I gave Khloé diamond bracelets that her father had given to me on the day she was born. I had been holding on to them for the day Khloé had her first baby. Natural diamonds never lose their value so I know my children can pass those pieces down to their children,” Kris says. “Now that’s a tradition they will pass down to their kids too.”
Kris also finds it important to remember to give back to herself too as a way to reward herself for all the hard work she does managing her children, running businesses and taking care of the family. Her go-to item to self-gift? Lots and lots of diamonds!

“My favorite is natural diamond jewelry because they’re are so versatile. They go with everything and they’re a great investment,” Kris says.

Her favorite jewelers to purchase investment pieces from are Bulgari and Cartier. “I love Bulgari for their exquisite diamonds and gemstones, and Cartier has the most beautiful, timeless ,” the star says.
One of the Cartier pieces holds a very sentimental meaning for Kris. “My girls and I have matching Cartier bracelets. It’s fun to have pieces that connect us to each other in a personal way that will last a lifetime,” she explains.
When she’s not treating herself to some baubles and bling, Kris says it’s important for her to practice self-care to reset from her busy work schedule.
“It’s obviously nice to have a relaxing bath or massage, but there are so many other ways to enrich your heart, soul and mind. I love creating beautiful memories by spending time with family or having a fun girls’ dinner party at home,” Kris tells us.
She adds, “To me, self-care means making the most of every moment and doing the things that make me happy.”
